Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Fast Tap ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

Description of Service

Fast Tap is a speed-based number tapping game available on iOS. The App is provided free of charge with optional in-app purchases to remove advertisements.

In-App Purchases

The App offers an optional "Remove Ads" in-app purchase. All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions. Refund requests should be directed to Apple.

Game Center

The App integrates with Apple Game Center for leaderboards and challenges. Use of Game Center is subject to Apple's terms of service. We are not responsible for the availability or functionality of Game Center services.

Intellectual Property

All content in the App, including but not limited to graphics, designs, and code, is the property of Luka Hristic Grubor and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without prior written consent.

User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Attempt to manipulate leaderboards or challenge results through cheating, automation, or exploitation of bugs.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Luka Hristic Grubor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the App.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
